Curriculum
Vidyasthali has co-ed classes from Nursery to Class XII. The school follows the syllabus of the UP Board.
At Vidyasthali, even students who have dropped out of school or have never been to school are seen actively engaged with learning systems through a curriculum based on an interactive pedagogy.
We understand that traditional methods of competition and judgment can hinder rather than enhance learning. Therefore, our approach emphasizes experiential learning, where students engage in hands-on activities, collaborative projects, and real-world problem-solving. By focusing on the process of learning rather than on grades or rankings, we empower our students to explore their interests and talents freely.
Our curriculum also reflects our deep-rooted belief in nurturing every child's potential in a caring and inclusive environment. Founded on the principles of compassion and collaboration, our curriculum is designed to foster a love for learning while prioritizing each student's unique journey.
Our dedicated team of educators, who are encouraged to continuously grow and innovate, facilitate this dynamic learning environment. They act as mentors, guiding students to discover their strengths and develop a deep sense of self-worth.
Vidyasthali has taught students how to study and prepare for exams, and stayed with them through it all.
During the UP Board exams, the school resembles Tagore’s Shantiniketan. Students are kept in residence so that they can be prepared intensively by their teachers, who also reside with them. A majority of our students are first-generation learners with very little academic support at home. The community participates generously by keeping the students and teachers in good supply of food. Teachers are committed to helping their students perform competitively with high-end academic support and enrichment programmes.
