When people ask me, “How do you measure success in your students?” I say “If they walk out of the school happier, more empowered and more compassionate than when they came in, we are achieving our goals.”

In this world full of challenges lesser known to us, as an educator it becomes imperative that we drive our students not only towards academic excellence but also be devoted to prepare the students for life, groom them to face the challenges of tomorrow, and encourage them to be socially relevant with the aim to ensure that the children grow to their full potential, while constantly being groomed to pass out as men and women competent to bear responsibility in all walks of life. I believe that when we give our students freedom of choice and we observe carefully without intervention, we see their true passion, their niche, their forte.

We need to keep taking little steps every day as we march towards our biggest goals of reaching excellence. As the days slip into weeks and weeks into months, our constant efforts lead us to a place called ‘EXTRAORDINARY’ which is our destination.
